Work Areas
Hi welcome to my
portfolio!
I help teams build and scale products by aligning strategy, positioning, and customer insights. With 6+ years of marketing experience across consulting, tech, and energy, I drive growth through data, storytelling, and smarter solutions leveraging AI to improve execution.
Where my journey started
“There is only one boss. The customer.”
Sam Walton
I graduated top of my cohort with a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing and began my career as a sales agent in retail. This role gave me a strong foundation in sales execution and customer behavior before I moved into strategy and product roles.
Working directly with customers shaped how I approach marketing. It taught me to listen closely, notice patterns, and understand their pain points.
As I transitioned through my career, working with different teams solidified my commitment to building thoughtful, customer-centered solutions grounded in both data and lived experience.
Work Experience
“In God we trust; all others must bring data.” - W. Edwards Deming
Operational Work areas
I build and refine products by aligning user needs with business goals, utilizing SQL, large internal data systems and AI Agents.
PRODUCT
I use structured AI systems and data tools to improve uncover deeper insights through the funnel, scale hypothesis testing and optimize workflows.
AI
I drive growth by building brands that deliver values customers seek and optimizing campaigns that accelerate adoption.
MARKETING
I contribute to defining go-to-market strategies across the end-to-end customer journey by identifying gaps, high value opportunities and strengthening positioning.
STRATEGY
“Artificial intelligence is not a substitute for human intelligence, it is a tool to amplify human creativity and ingenuity.”
Fei-Fei Lii
Understanding AI Systems
My approach to AI systems is rooted in an interest to understand how they work, the mechanics, decision paths, and structures that make them useful in real workflows. Over the past year, I’ve focused on how models reason, where they fail, and how human oversight leads to better outcomes.
Through coursework in AI, Business Ethics, and Generative AI, I’ve worked on human-in-the-loop design, governance, routing logic, and multi-step orchestration. Most recently, I built an agentic AI assistant that automates manual customer data processing, reducing turnaround time from 15 minutes to seconds. Building the system end-to-end reframed how I think about applying AI within marketing workflows.
In my final semester, I’m expanding this work by designing autonomous and multi-agent systems that coordinate tasks with clear guardrails.
